Any non-member direct requests or questions to the provider will require an appointment. This allows us to ensure that everyone is receiving the highest standard of care in a timely manner. Please feel free to book online otherwise, I would be happy to assist you with getting scheduled. The portal may still be used for refill requests, scheduling, document uploads, brief questions for the support staff and access to medical records. It is our pleasure to serve you.

If you received a link from our clinic to join the patient portal, please click on "Create Patient Portal." We have already registered your account for you. If you are scheduling an appointment online and have never spoken to our clinic staff, then you will click on "New Patient Registration" and this will both create a chart for you in the system and register you in the portal so you can schedule an appointment online
